I hope this message finds you safe and well. After much consideration and with a heavy heart, we have made the decision to postpone the GiVE Gala to 2025 in light of the devastating impact of the recent hurricane in North Carolina and the approaching hurricane in Florida.
Many of our sponsors, partners, and attendees have families and colleagues directly affected by these events, and we understand the need to focus on supporting those who matter most during this critical time. We want to honor that by giving everyone the space to direct their resources, time, and attention toward those who need it most.
While we are disappointed that we won't be able to gather this year, we know that right now, the priority is helping our loved ones and communities heal. We remain committed to the mission of the GiVE Gala and look forward to coming together in 2025 with even more strength and purpose.
For those who have already contributed or purchased tickets, we will reach out soon with options for rolling your support into next year’s event or issuing refunds. We deeply appreciate your understanding and continued support.

As a 33 Trees sponsor, you’ll have the unique opportunity to showcase your creativity
while making a meaningful impact. Here’s everything you need to know to ensure your
tree shines and leaves a lasting impression.
Tree Specifications
- Tree Provided: Each sponsor will receive a 6 foot unlit artificial tree. Set up and ready for you to decorate at the venue by 9 AM on the day of the event.
- Decor Requirements: Sponsors are responsible for providing all lights, decorations, and ornaments to style the tree according to their vision (all decorations will be wrapped with the tree and donated to a family).
- Electrical Access: An electrical outlet will be available for unlit tree set lighting and any powered decorations.
Set-Up and Timeline
- Arrival Time: Your tree will be ready for decoration by 9 AM at the venue.
- Decoration Deadline: All trees must be fully decorated by 4 PM, as the event begins promptly at 5 PM.
- Company Signage: Your company’s name will be displayed on a sign at your tree to highlight your participation and sponsorship.
Tree Wrap-Up
At the end of the evening, all trees will be carefully shrink-wrapped and delivered to the families or organizations benefiting from your generosity. If you’re a winning sponsor and choose to keep your tree, we’ll arrange for easy transportation.

A significant portion of the funds raised from ticket sales, trees, sponsorships, and the auction will go directly toward providing essentials for families during the holiday season. This includes food, bill assistance, and gifts for children who would otherwise go without. Your contribution ensures that local families not only have a joyful holiday but also get the support they need to stay afloat during this critical time.

What should I wear to the gala?
This is a formal event, so break out your best! Think holiday elegance—cocktail dresses, gowns, or suits for a night of glam. You’ll be mingling under the glow of decorated trees and enjoying live entertainment, so dress to impress while keeping it comfortable enough to hit the dance floor!
I won a tree. How do I transport it?
If you win a tree, we’ll shrink-wrap it that evening, giving you the option to take it home right after the event or pick it up the following day—we’ll hold it overnight for you. Alternatively, you can choose to donate the tree to one of our event charities or a charity of your choice. Just let us know how you'd like to proceed!
Is my sponsorship tax deductible?
Yes, your sponsorship or tree purchase is tax deductible! You will receive a receipt detailing your contribution, which can be used for tax purposes. We recommend consulting with your tax advisor for specific guidance regarding your donation.
